• SSN Validation
  
  SSN Validation provides validation of a given Social Security Number. This validation identifies invalid Social Security Numbers in addition to associating the SSN with individuals listed on the Death Master Index (DMI).
• SSN Trace
  
  SSN Trace provides a name and address trace based upon the Social Security Number, first and last name provided. SSN Trace returns all names, addresses, and phone numbers associated with a given Social Security Number.
• Education Verification
  
  Verifying educational institutions and degrees has attained paramount importance in the HR manager's check list due to the increasing numbers of forged educational certificates being presented by prospective candidates for securing critical, high-paying jobs. iCrederity helps to eliminate the risk of hiring someone with false education credentials by confirming the status of the individual's certificate and standing with the issuing authority. The records of the relevant educational institutions are accessed to verify the qualification of the candidate. The institutions are also cross-checked with iCrederity’s database of fake and unaccredited universities including so-called degree mills.

• Reference Check
  
  Reference checks conducted from contacts provided by the candidate. 5-7 question interview is conducted to give an objective score on professional and personal attributes. Questions may be customized and more questions may be added based on client requirements. This system enables HR to gain insight into crucial factors such as attitude towards job, zeal with which the work is done, teamwork, problem solving skills, honesty, etc.
• Federal Criminal Search
  
  Some offenses are violations of Federal law as opposed to state or local law. Records of these crimes can be located in the US District Courts. Each state has at least one District Court, while others are divided into as many as four districts. Federal violations generally will not appear in either a county or statewide criminal check. Offenses can include kidnapping, drug trafficking, interstate transportation of stolen goods, bank robbery and embezzlement.
• State Criminal Search
  
  A statewide search will yield information for all counties in a given state. While all counties report to the state level, there can be instances where a conviction has been recorded at the county level, but not yet at the state level. The determination of when to conduct a statewide search is dictated by each customer. With statewide information being unavailable in some states, BGC would be unable to conduct a search. In those instances, you decide to conduct a county or multi-county criminal history search.
• County Criminal Search
  
  County Criminal Search is a powerful tool for uncovering criminal records, and will return all offender data recorded in the specified county. With a name, date of birth, state, county and SSN, our researchers handpick information from courthouse records in every county in the United States. All county criminal searches go back a minimum of seven years and include felonies and misdemeanors. The expiration date is 90 days from the moment of the request. Some court fees may apply.
• National Sex Offender Search

• Incident Check
  
  iCrederity clients gain access to our exclusive Past Incident Database including reports of employee and customer theft and other incidents. Clients can submit and retrieve incident data on a regular basis. If the employee leaves under undesirable circumstances, the employer can submit the specific incident against the employee. • Drug Use Verification Test
  
  Under this examination, urine samples of subjects will be examined for either or all (as per your requirement) of the following drugs and a report explaining the findings from a certified doctor will be enclosed along with our report:
